Young people are the key to ending domestic violence

The ‘Changing Cultures Changing Attitudes’ study by Vic Health is the first study on attitudes to domestic violence since 1995, and it shows that a disturbing one in four people still believe that women falsify or exaggerate claims of rape and domestic violence. But Todd Harper, CEO of Vic Health and Dr Caroline Lambert, Executive Director of the YWCA Australia, say that educating young people can help change this.
