Yellow vest protests in Paris for third successive weekend

The gilets jaunes (yellow vests) movement has once again taken to the streets of Paris over the weekend, protesting President Macron’s proposed petrol price tax. The anger has spread throughout French territory, as far as the island of Reunion. Over 100 protesters were arrested in Paris as police fired on crowds with tear gas and stun grenades.
