It’s World Environment Day! And while the Government is set to consider John Howard’s proposal for an inquiry into a nuclear energy industry in Australia, the environmental sector has been urging consumers to take up green energy. The spotlight is of course on th impact of global warming. Australia has the dubious distinction of being the worst greenhouse gas polluter, per capita in the world.
