In workplaces around Australia the focus is on productivity and gaining a maximum return, however only 24 percent of the workforce feels psychologically committed to their job and as though they make a positive contribution to their organisation. From being the wrong fit for a position down to having a bad manager, people have various reasons for not being engaged in their work.
With lack of engagement costing Australia $60 billion, the spotlight is on both employers and employees to take action and make people feel satisfied in their jobs again.
