We have often been quoted saying that “there’s just not enough time”. In 2006 the ABS conducted a time test survey and asked people what they spent their time doing during a given day. The ABS have not conducted a time test survey since and there’s a lot that has changed.

So it begs the question, why is it important to look at the way we use our time and could the time test survey tell us what we need to know about the way are spending our time in the digital age?
