State government heads met with the Federal government today supposedly to sign off on a national water agreement which will work out a system of water allocation and give more environmental flows to the River Murray. The Australian Conservation Foundation’s Tim Fisher said the agreement sets up a process but doesn’t allow change to happen as quickly as environmentalists would like.
