There’s some things you just can’t learn in the classroom. At least that’s what Terry Able says. He was a teacher in the Queensland education system for thirty-nine years and, upon retirement, decided to write a practical guide book for young teachers. It highlights and explains issues and scenarios that you just can’t learn at university. The book is called ‘Shaking Caravans’- a title inspired by one of his students.
