200 military and 400 air force personnel will soon be deployed to Iraq. Tony Abbott has pledged these special forces and aircraft as part of a ‘humanitarian effort’ to try protect those at risk from the Islamic State. But some are expressing concern that the government’s actions are in fact acts of war.
