Wamparla Apira tells the story of Arabana people from central South Australia catching possums for food and clothing.
The children’s book is written by Arabana elder Thanthi Syd Strangway and illustrated by Kathy Arbon. It is written in both Arabana and English languages and will be distributed to Arabana children.
The book is published by the Indigenous Literacy Foundation.
