Debate on a bill to legalise voluntary euthanasia in South Australia has been adjourned until next month. It’s the 11th time laws have been introduced to legalise the practice in the state. Labor backbencher Steph Key with Liberal Duncan McFetridge are seeking to legalise assisted suicide or voluntary euthanasia for people facing what they call “unbearable and hopeless suffering”.
