The Millenium Development Goals are a set of internationally agreed targets for halving world poverty by 2015. But a new report by a coalition of environment and aid agencies titled “Up In Smoke” says the Greenhouse Effect is rapidly making these goals unattainable. Neil Smart spoke to the report’s author Andrew Sims from the New Economics Foundation.
