According to organisation SpinalCure Australia, more than 20 000 Australians live with a spinal cord injury, and there’s a new injury every day.SpinalCure Australia is funding a treatment trial called eWALK neurostimulation, which helps to rewire impaired neural pathways with electrical impulses, promising to transform the treatment of spinal cord injuries.

One of the participants is Sheree Palmer, who has seen big improvements after being diagnosed with T11 paraplegia. So, what does the trial involve?
