The Chief Architect of Jerusalem, Ofer Manor, has overseen the integration of a new light rail line in one of the most difficult heritage sites in the world.  Integrating buses, bike paths and pedestrian plazas with new light rail has been key to its success, and he reflected on the process with its implications for our own cities
