Too many young Aussies risk drinking themselves to death

Drinking alcohol is a regular part of many Australian’s social lives; however 20 per cent of us are now drinking to levels that risk lifetime harm. The Alcohol Action Plan released by the Australian National Council on Drugs today reveals many alarming statistics about the drinking culture of Australians. Young people are particularly risk with one in eight deaths attributable to alcohol.
