Treasurer Wayne Swan bravely faced the country today to announce a 40 billion dollar hole in next year’s budget – it seems we’ve gone from all good news to all bad news in record time Associate Professor of Finance and Economics at the Universitry of Western Sydney Steve Keen says its not really the fault of the government and Australians should blame the banks and the top end of townfor the missing billions. However he says both Labor and Liberal are at fault forallowing an unregulated financial environment to flourish.
