When in 2009 Andrew Bolt published articles accusing white-skinned Indigenous Australians of playing the ‘race card’ to gain advantages, he caused quite a stir. Two years later, Bolt has been found guilty of breaching the Racial Discrimination Act.

While many believe that this is a win against overtly bigoted commentators, others feel that Freedom of Speech has been restricted.
