The OK SLUTS from Alice Springs are on a quest to unpack the myths of the outback whilst unpacking their own whiteness into a controversial interactive song and dance show-bag that has just opened at the Adelaide Fringe Festival. At it’s heart, The Unbearable Whiteness of Being explores the complex and cynical mind of a burnt-out white Aboriginal service industry worker, struggling to maintain the passion and enthusiasm they started out with.
