Miloon Kothari is the special UN Rapporteur for housing – his job is to go around the owrld checking on housing issues and how they affect human rights. He’s currently touring remote and urban Austrlaia and will report next week to the government on how indigenous housing in particular measures up to the international treaties Australia is signatory to.
