Friends and supporters of Guantanamo Bay detainee David Hicks held a mock trial in Adelaide on Monday night. This week, further news has emerged that David’s real trial has been put back a further two months, and when it finally comes around, he won’t be allowed to call witnesses in his defence. Annie Hastwell spoke to David’s father Terry Hicks about David’s health and well-being, and about his reaction to the U.S. election result.
