Kevin Rudd has finally started getting serious on his promises of Federal health reforms, but it seems state leaders aren’t all doing somersaults of joy. The Victorian and W.A. leaders want a funding pool of Federal Money which the States can access, and not surprisingly no Premiers are overly happy about losing thirty per cent of their G.S.T revenue as Kevin Rudd suggests. But while our leaders squabble over money, are they forgetting those who are affected the most – the public.
