The push continues for paid parental leave in Australia

The Productivity Commission’s inquiry into paid parental leave continued its journey around the country, holding hearings in Adelaide today. Concerned organisations and individuals were invited to give their opinions on how both employers and the Government should support working parents and their families. The Federation of Business and Professional Women’s Project Leader, Jean Murray and SA President, Gillian Lewis Coles discussed the issue of why paid parental leave isn’t currently available to all women in Australia.
