Disappointment for Aboriginal Tasmanians, following the State’s Budget announcement. Tasmanian Aboriginal Centre spokesperson Michael Mansell says the government has not moved to offer compensation to members of the stolen generations. But Mr. Mansell acknowledges any moves by state governments to compensate the stolen generations would put political pressure on Federal Opposition Leader Mark Latham. Mr Mansell spoke to Rubena Colbey.
