The Wire

Many cultures have myths and legends about little people such as the leprechauns of Ireland and the elves and pixies of the Nordic countires. In Australia there is anthropological evidence that pygmy tribes once lived around Cairns and the Yarrabah Peninsula in Queensland. Some anthropologists have put forward the theory that there was once a world wide population of pygmies who were the first people to come out of Africa. Could the theory be right?
