At around 11:30 EST a long-range missile was launched by North Korea, a move which instantly recieved condemnation from world leaders including those from the U.S. Japan and Australia. The troubled state urges that the test was for a satellite, and that it was successfully launched into the statosphere, so who is right and who is wrong?
