ISIS continues to terrorize large swathes of Iraq and Syria in its drive to establish an Islamic State and in the meanwhile, continues to use propaganda as a recruitment tool across waters in western nations. It is believed that at least 10 per cent of the thirty thousand strong militant group is believed to come from western countries. This leaves world leaders confused, and questioning the appeal of ISIS.
