The Kony 2012 campaign has gone viral as it has attracted global attention. The video centres on Joseph Kony, a Ugandan warlord who is number one on the International Criminal Court’s most wanted list.

For decades, he has been pursued for the abduction, enslavement and abuse of some 30,000 children. The documentary video aims to raise awareness about Kony’s, however has become controversial because of its unclear goals.
