Colonel Tim Collins has written a book about his experiences as leader of the first battalion of the Royal Irish Rifles in Northern Ireland and Iraq. He says he now believes that Saddam Hussein was humoured by those around him into believing that he did indeed have a huge cache of WMD’s.
