The debate over artist Bill Henson’s photographs of naked adolescents continues to take unexpected paths, with forty-three twenty-twenty summit delegates protesting the censorship of his work. Professor in Child, Family and Community Health at the University of Newcastle, Graham Vimpani says the pictures walk a fine line and there are many questions they have raised about Australia’s attitude towards children.
