The Adani Coal Mine has gone from a point of contention to an electoral winner with many criticising radical anti-Adani activism for swinging votes to the Coalition.

Adani, who seems to be constantly delayed, today has been given orders from Queensland premier Annastacia Palaszczuk. They must present their timelines for approvals by Friday.

But is this a decision backed by the Queensland people? The election results seem to indicate so, but conservation groups are adamant that the people don’t want this.
