The two new Tasmanian Greens Ministers were sworn in yesterday – the beginning of a power sharing arrangement with labor – a taste of real power for the Greens but a polticla set up that has yet to be tested . Commentator Greg Barns says they appear so far to have styled themselves more as a European-style Greens party with broader policies and broader appeal, and will be less likely to clash with the government on environmental issues.
