Aboriginal Australians’ world view and connection to Country are key to dealing with Australia’s current environmental problems, according to a new report. It looks at case studies where indigenous people have been able to drive decisions about land management, and argues that because of their their deep knowledge of the landscape indigenous nations should become sovereign partners in environmental management.
