With the recent rise in rates already biting into the wages of many mortgagees, news that further hikes could occur, thanks to the impact that housing crisis in the US is having on lenders here, many people remain consumed by financial stress. Now Wesley Mission wants the Federal Government and lenders to take more responsibility to ensure those that can’t afford to pay back large amounts in credit card and house repayments are given the skills to learn when to say no to more lending.
