The Syrian Government has been accused of using the chemical weapon, sarin gas, against its citizens, after France claimed it had proved it when testing blood and urine samples of victims. But the US and the rest of the international community, which drew a “red line” at the usage of chemical weapons as a tipping point to making an intervention in Syria, are less willing to agree. Strategic analyst, Dr John Bruni, explains why this may be the case.
