Since the war in Syria began close to 12 million people have been forced to flee their homes, 4.5 million are still in refugee camps, while others stuck in Syria are desperate for food, water and shelter. Now the personal stories of the mothers, fathers and children behind the shocking statistics are being told in an online photography exhibition launched in Canberra today. The nine aid organisations behind the exhibition hope it will keep the message alive that so many people still need our help.
