The sound of Police helicopters and military aircraft hovering above Sydney may have disappeared this morning, but there remains to be a lot of noise surrounding the true success of this year’s APEC Summit. Prime Minister John Howard farewelled the 21 world leaders as the meeting wrapped up yesterday in Sydney. While dodging questions about his leadership during his final address, Mr. Howard labelled the event a huge success and cited the Sydney Declaration on Climate Change as the most significant outcome of the Summit.
