Study concludes children exceed recommended screen time

A recent study of over 3000 mothers found young children’s screen time far exceeds the government and international health guidelines.

While the Federal Health Department recommends children below the age of two not be exposed to any screens, researchers found most received almost an hour of screen time on average.
