NSW Labour has announced it will support the State Governments plan to enact special laws to approve the Springvale mine extension.
Greens MP David Shoebridge tweeted “Labor and Liberal are buddying up to corrupt our planning laws and greenlight the Springvale coal mine….”
No legislation has been proposed in Parliament yet.
