When Bruce Trevorrow was awarded $750,000 in compensation late last year, the case was hailed as a victory for the Stolen Generations. Although Mr Trevorrow passed away last week, his win could pave the way for future compensation claims. But not if the South Australian government is successful in appealing some legal points in the case. Yesterday the Trevorrow family lawyer bought 2 months reprieve for Mrs Trevorrow to decide whether she will continue the fight.
