South Australia’s Premier Jay Weatherill is looking their government buildings to become neutral-carbon by 2017, and wants Adelaide to become the first neutral-carbon city in the world. Environmental groups support the idea, but they are concerned about gas and fossil fuel sources and leaving behind the rest of the state. Is this achievable?
