Somalian refugees flee to dusty Ethiopian camps

As the famine in Somalia worsens, the refugee camps across the border in Ethiopia and Kenya continue to grow. Reports from camps at breaking point in east Africa include outbreaks of disease and stolen food, and the growing size of the camps make security and health bigger issues. Aid organizations are flooding to the camps, where all attention is focused on feeding and vaccinating the hundreds of malnourished people who arrive from across the border in Somalia.
