Funds SA, a South Australian Government corporation, is allegedly financially linked to tobacco company Phillip Morris and climate change critic exxonmobil. This is all while politicians debate new smoking laws and climate change action in parliament. South Australian Greens senator Mark Parnell spoke out today, criticising the governments unethical superannuation plan. The issue has formed a chain reaction across Australia, with New South Wales having been through the debate with no end result in sight, while the ACT Government is currently reviewing its superannuation investments, but will only make changes if no money is lost for the government.
