West Australia could soon face legal action for treating Indigenous workers like slaves more than 50 years ago.
A national law firm is considering taking on the slavery class action, representing Indigenous Australians who were never paid their wages.
There is an active claim in Queensland for indentured Aboriginal labour, and it looks like the fight for reparations will be taking place WA as well.
