A sex industry advocacy group is considering legal action against council’s in New South Wales on the basis of discrimination. They say council regulations are making it difficult for people with a disability to access the premises of sex workers.

Despite decriminalisation of sex work in New South Wales, most local councils are making it difficult for people in the industry to work from home, a service that many people with a disability rely on.
