The Queensland Land Resources Tribunal has overruled an action by the people of Eastern Yugembah. They say the development of the Tugun bypass in South-East Queensland shouldn’t stop, despite procedural faults made by the government. The matter has been referred to a hearing by the Tribunal next month.
