You might have heard of the WTO, and the TPP, but you have probably not heard of the TiSA. The Trade in Services Agreement, or TiSA, hopes to open services to international investment and commercialization. These services range from banking and finance, to postal services and public health services. But experts are concerned by the amount of secrecy surrounding the TiSA, and the lack of involvement of developing countries in the talks.
