The search is on for the first Indigenous Australian world marathon champion. Olympian Robert de Castella is visiting communities across Australia to find runners to take part in the New York Marathon later this year.

The Indigenous Marathon Project aims to promote long distance running within Indigenous communities as an accessible sport that will also encourage healthy lifestyles. Biwa Kwan was there at the Sydney try outs.
