Today the Royal Commission into Defence and Veteran Suicide has delivered its final report to Governor-General Sam Mostyn, after a three-year inquiry.

Receiving 6,000 submissions and hearing from hundreds of witnesses about issues ranging from bullying to abuse in the Australian Defence Force, the report contains 122 recommendations to improve the mental health and well-being of serving defence force members and veterans alike.
