Veteran Tony “Bomber” Bower-Miles went to Vietnam as an 18-year-old, and like many others was excited by the prospect of war. By the time he was 21, he had seen enough death and brutality to turn him into an alcoholic for more than 20 years. Now Bomber, sober and nearing 60, regularly returns to South East Asia and is working to clear the millions of landmines that remain scattered in Cambodia from that time.
