An inquiry into regional bank closures is reaching the end of its public hearings, but locals in remote areas say change needs to happen now.

Residents of the Tom Price community, west of Karratha, have told the Parliamentary inquiry they were blindsided by their branch shutting down in 2020.

National Radio News reporter Liam O’Connell asked President of the Tom Price Softball Club Matthew Lynch, how the bank services have changed over the last 20 years.
