The Royal Commission into The Protection and Detention of Children, recommended a number of issues to be amended within the Youth Justice Systems in Australia.

Following the recent Royal Commission and Universal Children’s Day; doctors, lawyers and Human rights groups are calling for the legal age of criminal responsibility to be raised from 10 years to 14 years old.
